Our Community of Orenco Station is a uniquely pleasant place to call home. Award winning Orenco Station sprouted from the site long ago occupied by the Oregon Nursery Company (ORENCO). It is now home to residents who have chosen 'kitchen lofts', condominiums, townhomes or cottages (some with carriage houses) or live/work residences to make their own. Reminiscent of older, established neighborhoods where craftsman and tudor style homes with front porches and garages facing alleyways prevail, Orenco Station was designed to facilitate living, working, and shopping. There is easy access to light rail (MAX) as well as parks and amenities for all to enjoy. What has resulted is a strong sense of place where neighbors get to know each other and are able to truly enjoy calling Orenco Station their home.
