Recreation Center Pavilion (Pool Pavilion)

Residents can reserve (rent) the enclosed pavilion for meetings and private parties. The pavilion has a gas fireplace which makes it marginally comfortable during the winter months. Applicable fees, rules of use, and reservation forms are available on this web site under the Documents menu. The pavilion is available for private hire during the pool/spa season (8am-9 pm May through August; 8am-7 pm during September). In winter it is available for use by the Association Boards only. These restrictions are dictated in order to comply with governmental regulations and insurance underwriting requirements.
