This is the website for the Orenco Station Owners Association, located in Hillsboro, OR, and its sub-associations: the Orenco Station Condominiums, Morello Townhomes, Parkway Townhomes, and the Orenco Station Rowhomes.

Parkway Fence info!

Dear Parkway Owners,

As a reminder, the Fence Project began on Monday, May 11th, 2015 at 8am on Buildings 2 and 7.  Currently the crews are on Buildings 7 and 4.  Weekly updates will be sent to Parkway Owners by the end of each week until the project is completed.  Please refrain from contacting the contractors during this project.  All questions should be directed to me, and I will respond in a timely manner.  Below are some reminders and information that you should be aware of as the project begins.

 •        Vines.  All vines must either be a) removed, or b) cut off from the ground level to be disposed with the old fence.  Any vines that are still attached to the fence will be cut off and removed at the owner’s expense.  Please make sure to take care of this before your building is worked on!
 •        Fence Material.  Many owners have expressed interest in keeping some or all of the old fence boards.  The demolition will be done in sections, not one board at a time.  If you wish to keep some of the boards, you must remove them yourself before demolition begins.  If you wish to keep your gate, please put a sign on it, and the contractors will leave it in your back yard.
 •        Utilities.  Electricity and water are both needed in miniscule quantities in order to install the fence.  The contractor will be using each individual’s exterior outlets and faucets when working on that unit.  If you receive excessive utility bills, please contact me.  This is the most economical solution for the Association, which includes every individual homeowner.
 •        Plant Protection.  If you have prized plants, the best way to ensure they are unharmed is to move them to an area away from the fence.  If that is not an option, please install a temporary barrier or protection over those plants.  Of course, the contractors will make every effort to not damage any plants, however, please keep in mind that the contractors, the Association, Board of Directors, or Property Management will not be responsible for any damaged plants.
